Posts: 1 		Etchells & Young Property Brokers, a dynamic and exciting company in the residential property rentals and management industry are looking for an energetic and dedicated property professional tojoin the team!

Requirements:

· MINIMUM of 2 years Experience in Property Management and Financial systems essential

· Strong financial background required - financial training certificate or diploma an advantage

· Candidate must be disciplined and structured with strong administration skills

· Work accuracy (esp with numbers) is an essential requirement

· Strength in working with people and building client relationships very important

· Candidate must be able to work according to and implement effective systems and procedures

· Candidate must be able to work overtime on month end of necessary

· Candidate must have own transport – not negotiable

· At least 2 references from previous similar positions will be required

· Candidate to start ASAP

· Offices in Randburg

· Salary of R12 000 per month offered

Candidates not fulfilling above requirements will not be considered for this position.
