Hi

My tenant informs me last Friday the 28 Aug 09, that she is going overseas and terminating the lease as of the 2nd Sep 09, and that her deposit should be used as the rent for September. When i went to
the unit on Saturday the 29 Aug. The shower door had to be fixed , the gates and door has been damaged since she was hijacked and the keys taken. The carpets and unit was dirty. The stove is not working,
she really did not take care of the place. I have send her a letter of demand today so that she could received it before she left. What should i do since she will not be in South Africa?
