When listing a new tenant on TPN the system will not accept unusual addresses such as "1 The Dell, Kirstenhof" - it insists that you complete it with 'Street', 'Road' etc even though that would make the address incorrect. This is not such a great problem for simply listing the tenant but what would happen if the tenant defaults and the letter of demand is going out with an incorrect address ie "1 The Dell Street"?

Address input fields on TPN are designed to ensure accurate data on the tenant's credit profile. The example how to enter address: 1 The Dell, Kirstenhof" should be correctly be entered: 1 The Dell, Gray Road. Kirstenhof" Hope that helps.

Hi Michelle

That doesn't really help I'm afraid.

"The Dell" or "Fairway" for examples are names of streets and not complexes - there is no St or Rd at the end of it - The Dell is the name of the street. Therefore we are having to input incorrect data in order to get a credit profile and it is TPN that needs to update its system.
