You will notice when performing a credit check through TPN that the display of the reports has changed slightly. Most of the changes are cosmetic, but I have added some features which will hopefully make reading the reports easier.

The first is the report summary. This takes all the reports returned and creates a summary of the most important information returned from each report. This will help you quickly get an overview of the tenant without having to wade through all the information.

The second big change is TPN now gives you the ability to save your credit reports as a PDF document. Click the 'save this report' option to perform this function.

And lastly, we have created a menu option where you can perform an enquiry on an individual's spouse without having to recapture all that address information.

If you would like to test the new features before using them in the live environment, have a look at our online demo system which is accessible on the TPN home page.

If you have futher requests, or comments on the changes, let me know !

Delphi Score is based on Experian data only. The score ranges between 0 - 750.
The closer the score is to 750 the better the score.
The closer the score is to 0 the worse the score.
A score of 0 is not negative - it means that Experian do not have enough in formation to provide a score.
The benchmark is 600 - a score over 600 is good.
A score between 580 - 600 is acceptable.
A score below 580 is not good.
