Posts: 2 		I need a purrrfectly experienced RENTAL agent to administer and acquire rental income in a perfect environment. i.e. The Principal Agent (and bottle washer too!) is needed elsewhere, and so there’s nobody to breath down your neck… but self motivation will of course be a key factor and traceable references will be required. Own car and cell phone is all that is needed, and a generous commission structure will be negotiated with a small basic salary to cover petrol expenses.

Preference will be given to the person who lives in the area (PRETORIA - Annlin Sinoville Magalieskruin Montana/Park Doornpoort etc. only) but being familiar with this part of the world may be all that is required.

Sales are definitely not ruled out, but emphasis will be on rentals. I will assist and lend as much time as possible, but the dedicated person will advance to Partner status and now is the time to enter this Industry as all the signs are right.
