As the saying goes “prevention is better than cure” - TPN would like to help educate your tenants about their responsibility to pay their rent on time!

The method is quite simple, when the tenant collects the keys to their new rented home from you, you provide them with the TPN Tenant Welcome Letter.

The letter is pretty straight forward:
• It is produced on a TPN letterhead
• It refers to our client, the landlord or real estate agent
• It refers to the fact TPN is a registered Credit Bureau & their rental behaviour will be recorded on our database. Good as well as Bad.

The benefit is extraordinary; the tenant has been advised at the commencement of their lease that you are serious about their payment behaviour. You are a TPN member and you are committed to sharing their rental behaviour with the other 2000 rental firms who subscribe nationally.

And the best news – IT IS FREE!!
