Did anyone else see the Carte Blanche Consumer feature on non paying tenants?

Could not believe that a magazine programme that seeks to inform people gave an overly dramatic story and did not try to educate its viewers about what action to take (and when to take it) when a tenant does not pay.

The gentleman who waited 16 months before initiating eviction proceedings against his Hyde Park tenant must have received very poor advice from his estate agent and his attorney.

What do others think?

I did see the Carte Blanche storey. I really thought a bit more investigation should have gone into the storey. TPN have contacted Carte Blanche to suggest a follow up about Solutions to Tenants from Hell. It might be helpful if other estate agents could comment on Carte Blanche's website.
