Posts: 152 		I am seeing landlords / estate agents relying on their lease agreement to circumvent the letter of demand, notice to blacklist and 20 business days' notice requirements of the National Credit Act. Landlords / estate agents cannot circumvent the NCA - please read my blog for more info:
