Posts: 24 		We were just informed of a eviction that did not go acording to plan. Baseball bat evictions does not work and gets the owner into much more problems than what he had when they started. You can not do evictions with two bouncers and get the tenant out by sending them to hospital. Sometimes it does feel like you can strangle the bad tenant, but it is in your best intrest not to do that.
