Please advise, tenant has recieved a Letter of Demand, have waited the 20 days, now have "blacklisted" owner has not signed the lease because of non-payment from the begining, wants tenant out, where to from here? PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ANSWER THIS QUESTION?

Dissapointed , I posed that question in November, I only recieved a response 28/January, scenario has already played itself out, I dont think this forum is of any help if the agents have to wait so long for a response!!
