My landlord left his pet dog when i moved and haven't contributed to its well being or feeding for the past year. Can i claim against the deposit for the care taking of the pet as it was very sick when we moved in. My lease is now coming to an end and i will leave the dog as we cant take pets where im moving to?

Regards

Sorry, that is bizarre. Why does one leave his pet behind? Why do you just take over the liability without agreement and only wonder a year later who foots the bill?
