I have a situation where I miscalculated and only charged the holiday tenant for 7 days instead of 9 days, so the extra I had to pay the owner out of my own pocket, is there any legal way that I can try and get this money from the tenant? I have emailed her but have had no response!!

Did your tenant sign anything? If not what proves that it was 9 and not 7 days? You may have to put that down as "school fees".

The tenant has a copy of the booking form and she knows she stayed for 9 days, do I just put it down to "bad luck"?
