Posts: 1 		Does anyone know what the cost is for an emergency eviction and who can recommend me a good attorney to assist with this matter.

I need a help for evicting a non paying tenant.
Any help with specialized attorney or debt collectors or any other ideas how to get him out (leave alone collecting the outstanding amounts- i just want him out..)
By the way- can I disconnect the electricity-
it is stated in our lease agreement that he "expectedly consents that if he does not pay the rent or portion of it i can disconnect utilities for his account.."?
The flat is fully furnished- can I at least take possession of my appliances and furniture and remove them from the flat (while waiting for eviction process..)?
